I like that you were able to capture the glow coming from behind the mountains and that you didn't zoom in too much on the bulding, the clouds floating around it add a lot of beauty to the picture. If you had used an orange or red filter you could have made the lines pop out a bit more!
You're absolutely right Gisela. I was waiting for someone to say that. In fact, it was exactly what I was thinking when I took the shot. Right before I left for Austria, some idiot dropped my Cokin P-Series red filter and it cracked, so all I had with me was a polariser, which helped to some extent.
Aah just imagine we'll be taking pictures around Chicago this time next year!;-D Hey ya know that one picture we took in your room (I think Meg might've taken it) the one where we were trying trick photography? Send it to me when you've got time that is if you know which one I am talking about.
Despite being a true "northern monkey" and therefore completely incapable of passig any serious comment regarding anything vaugely connected to art I would still like to make a comment...
I like it! Dunno why, cant explain it in gisela-esque detail and eloquence but i like it all the same! You've got a gift mate!
